Glute bridges 5-10 reps 6 sec holds
-focusing on keeping it in the glute and not the upper hamstring which is where I had the hamstring injury. 

Half kneeling Hip flexor stretch focus on on glute activation- left was tough to activate

-I was supposed to pause when I felt like I lost my neutral position but I felt like I kept it the whole time. Watching the video I would say I'm right, but we'll see what Dr. Dani says.
