Slingshot 555 miss
- I felt like garbage going into today's session, so it was either a DB bench 10x10 or a max single. Why? Well I don't really want to feel fresh before hitting a training 'max.' 505 moved OK but my technique was shit. So this was a good starting point to program my numbers in the coming weeks.
Fatbell bench 106 4x20, 1x15* pussed out and couldn't finish

Lat pull down -- Face pulls -- Rear delts 3x20 each
Overhead tricep extensions 4x25
