Bench is feeling strong, really strong. I like my speed and my technique on all of these.

Unfortunately it was a late session and I paired down all of my assistance work to get through it. One of my gym members took about 30-45 min of my time that night- he's a good kid that needs some direction- and in this case it was worth giving him that attention. It can be frustrating at times being a gym owner and feeling obligated to take care of everyone around you. Sometimes I need a reminder, and luckily my staff is supportive of me, that it's time for ME to train.
