-So last time I did this movement I hit 435x3 with 2 chains per side. I was a little greedy with the extra 10# plus the chain, and it was too much obviously. So I went with the slingshot (where I hit 405x10 last time) and struggled with 2 reps at 445. Just a weird day. A little frustrating but I'm healthy.

Went full bodybuilder after that...
