I don't know if it was being on my feet all day Saturday for the meet, or training back to back heavy days, but damn. I got my ass handed to me today.
I failed hard on fatbell bench. Rows felt good though.
Decline crushed me, again.
Incline cable fly- fail.
But goddamn did I feel good on my curls.
