MONDAY - CONDITIONING
Treadmill 25 minutes
Kettlebell swings 5x10

I think I'm going back to daily posts. I can barely remember what I had for breakfast let alone draw back on anything important or intriguing that might happen days before. Go figure, I have nothing much to report today. Well, my back is feeling really good. I think all the walking I have been doing along with the kettlebell swings has been helping with that.
