Close grip

Frustrating day. On my fourth rep of my last warm up set I felt a familiar pull in my bicep tendon, although it was a little different spot and it didn't seem to want to go away even after some extra stretching and myofascial work. I tried 315 one more time with no luck.

DB front and lateral raises 2x20

Hammer curls 3x10

The plan for the next week...

Tuesday (tomorrow)- chiropractor and ART

Wednesday- squat but probably with a specialty bar

Thursday- deep tissue massage

Friday/Saturday- no benching

Sunday- DL

Monday- possibly dumbbell bench 10x10
