I came back to the posterior day charged up from last week. I didn't want to let a head ache get in the way of progress. This meant(in my head) that needed to do what I tried last week plus more weight.

I STARTED AT 135 and took plate jumps for 3 reps up to 585. My goal was to triple 700 and I just did that. It was hard and it seemed like forever before john put the pins in.

I made a joke to john about giving me ammonia in between my reps. John took it literally and tried his best lol. It did help.
