I love contrast showers.  They always seem to make what ever hurts feel better.  I don't do them too often though as I never have the time to do it right.  I had time today.

I did 1 minute of hot followed by a minute of cold for 20 minutes

after this I sat in the pool for 5 minutes and then hit the hot tub for 5 minutes.  I then hit the sauna for 5 minutes and finished back in the pool.  This was very refreshing.

I hit the foam roller afterwards on the legs and back.

Very nice.
