So last leg day was a disaster, I did not make it, I was left behind. I chalked it up to it was my first heavy session and transition into this phase of training (which always happens to me). There was a ton of volume today on cambered bar squats, this is the first time I've ever done 12 sets with a weight higher than "speed training" weight. I rolled with 435 for 12 sets of two, frustration set in as I could not get a good consistent stance and felt way too many compensations happening while under this load. Going to widen stance next time these come around and focus more on distributing pressure between both legs to aid in decreasing hip shift.
Glute ham raise – 4x8-10: BW
Squats (any bar EXCEPT straight bar) – warm up to about 60-70%. You will do 10-12 sets of 2, taking NO MORE THAN 1 minute between sets: 435
Leg press – Find a good weight you can do for 15 continuous reps. Do 2x15 at that weight. Then on the 3rd set, find a way to do 25 reps. Push through and get all the reps: 12 plates
Walking Lunges (with DB or chains around neck) – 3x10/10 (so do 10 each leg with weight then drop the weight and do 10 just bodyweight): 3 chains
DB stiff-legged deads – 3x10: 80lbs
