Well, technically it's my last post in the athlete logs, but I'm not actually going anywhere. Sorry for the fake-out (not really though).
From here on in, I will be posting with in the coaching log section of the site, instead of the athletes section. I am still training and competing, but at my stage in the game, Dave Tate and the staff thought this would be a better fit from here on in.
Aside from this implying i'm old, I'm really happy with this change for a few reasons, not the least of which was the fact that I was getting a little burnt out on my current log. Those of you who still follow it have probably noticed that I've been distracted with other commitments and I just haven't been able to keep it as current as I'd like. The Coach's log format will reduce the number of logs I'm required to post, which will allow me to focus on putting out better content when I do post.
Plus, my logs will now be geared more towards coaching, which is a fresh direction that I'm excited about exploring.
From here on in, I'll do my best to put my training in more of a coach's perspective, detailing not only what I'm doing, but why, and how it can be applied to other lifters in a similar situation. I will also give updates on some of my clients from time to time, indicating was I'm doing with them and why.
Thanks to everyone who has followed me thus far, looking forward to bigger and better!
