Today I spent 3 hours living, learning and passing on. I had a Crossfit gym owner get in touch with me to help her with her powerlifting technique. What a pleasure it was to help Joanne who has signed up for her first competition in August. We had a great connection from the start and amazingly enough she left here with a few P.R.'s and some great new exercises to take her strength to the next level.
I did a bit of training with Joanne but basically just to show the technique, so between that and my bells it was a pretty good day today. I also pulled a conventional deadlift, first time since injury, felt good !
After teaching I had some Kettlebell Love myself in honour of Valentine's Day.

I was looking for a full body pump, I have been training hard this week and have not had a rest so I kept it light and worked on my ROM in my shoulder. Feeling the Kettlebell Love today with my pink and purple bells !
