The next four weeks:

  • Sled pulls 2x per week (no squats or deadlifts)
  • Bodybuilding bench day (to rest and heal up anything that might be nagging)

September

  • Light squats and pulls

October/November

  • Normal 8 week training cycle

Meet first week of December

Then about 8 weeks later the XPC at the Arnold
