The next four weeks:
- Sled pulls 2x per week (no squats or deadlifts)
- Bodybuilding bench day (to rest and heal up anything that might be nagging)
September
- Light squats and pulls
October/November
- Normal 8 week training cycle
Meet first week of December
Then about 8 weeks later the XPC at the Arnold
