I have one more month to play around with before I target a meet, It's been relaxing in my training not to be confused with slacking just working hard on different areas.

- Tricep DB rollling ext. 4x15
- reverse fly 3x20
- single arm DB shoulder press 3x20
- rope tricep ext. 4x10
- weighted standing crunches 4x15
- leg raises 4x15
