Close grip bench press-6RM 4 cluster sets 4 reps with 30 sec break-
Swiss bar rack slides-work up to 8RM,rest 30 sec, max reps, 30 sec, max reps-
Laying overhead v-grip tricep extensions with chains-4x15,12,10,8
Close stance leg press-3x10- 5 sec negative-
Standing calf raises-work up in weight with 20 reps, reach a max weight, drop weight do 15, drop weight do 10-
Seated calf raises-work up to a challenging set of 12, drop weight perform a max drop set, drop weight and perform another set of reps til failure
