I will let the video do most of the talking with my tone and facial expression on how I felt about the progression of this morning. Short of the long, my mom loves to do odd jobs around the house when she visit's my sister and I. This go around she decided to help my sister build window shelves for her one-bedroom Brooklyn apartment to make some more "usable space". Side note, my sister is an interior designer so I learned some posh terminology.

These women bust out an electric saw and started cutting wood... in a one bedroom apartment, being held up by luggage and a box, safety first!

By now my mom is on a role and decides my sister needs a Christmas tree to decorate the apartment also, "It will be fun". The next morning rolls around and I get dragged to look for a tree about 2 blocks down the road at a local landscaping place. These fools are out of their mind and wanted like $150 for an 8ft tree, we quickly walked out of there. After walking one block we hopped on a bus that drove for about 20min, we get out in front of a Home Depot and B line it to the trees. Same 8ft tree $40 bucks, "perfect, let's get it and go"... wait a minute, how the F you want to get this home?

ME: "there is no way they are letting this on the bus"
SISTER: "yeah, ill see how much it is to rent a truck"
MOM: "It's not that far we can take turns and carry it"
ME: *Looked at my mom side eyed like she was high* "Are you kidding me?!?!"
MOM: "no"
ME: "I see why I was brought on this excursion"
