So after talking with Julia lately, I asked her if she wanted to help me in putting on some size during this offseason. I do love training CTP but I am going to have her zero in on some more of my shortcomings in muscle development. she has more experience with this and it will be fun to see how I develop implementing what she prescribes me. I have issues with isolating the muscle in my back which is one of the weakest muscle groups in my body, today was really basic and it whooped my ass, there were super-sets throughout the whole workout.
