So initially coming off of Record Breakers I wanted to take a good long step away from powerlifting movements. As my last blog post mentioned I am currently filling the gap until I leave Friday for New York to spend time with family. I wont be sticking to a solid training regimen until I return next week Tuesday, that being said I just hoped in with what the NBS powerlifting team was doing for the past week. This method of training was whipped up by EliteFTS Columnist David Allen known as Chase The Pain "CTP" and you can read more about it in the hyperlink.

*Wagon wheel Deadlift , work up to 6RM, 4x4 cluster same weight with 30 sec rest interval-
*Bent over swiss bar rows- work to max set of 8, rest 30 sec max reps, rest 30 sec. max reps-
*EZ bar curls-work up to heavy set of 8, then with that weight 6x6 cluster with a 30 sec break
*Laying Leg curls-4x10-5 sec. negative
*Bent over rear raises-3x20, drop 15 reps, drop 10 reps
*Hanging leg raises-3x max
*Swiss ball crunches-3x max
