More hundo's to do today on the pull. This week I am using the monster mini to pull against and attempting to use the same weight as last week with the mini band. I will be using double overhand this week. I still just don't trust this dang repaired bicep just yet to turn my hand under. Im not sure if its just in my mind or what but Im just not feeling it right now.
Im really working my form with these reps. Trying my best to sit back, chest up, head back, push my hips through faster and all that stuff. So far so good with it. Plus its given me a shit ton of practice I need. This is truly cardio for me. I never really sweat but these reps and volume got ya boy sweatin!
