Off-Season - Week 1- Bench & Upper

This was my first workout back since competing on the 17th. My work capacity is crap right now. The weight felt good on bench, but after close grip I was pumped and fatigued. I also kept the rest periods pretty short on incline bench and everything after.

Seated DB Shoulder Press
