Benching was shit today, I knew my tricep ailment's were sneaking up on me and today is when they caught up and hit me hard
I had to bail after set 4 of 6 on bench and all my accessory work was WAY down due to the pain. Ironically our sport's therapist was there and worked on me after the session inflicting a lot of scraping pain. By the time he was done all my pain was gone, fancy that. Staying on top of this impingement will be an ongoing thing and starting now Ill be seeing our therapist 2x a week so training is pain free!
