One day out here and sitting in my chair thinking about the meet

I'm feeling pretty fresh. I am only 1 pound overweight. I had a really good nights sleep last night so things are looking good.

It's a one day meet and looks like it has 90 or lifters. The meet is going to be broken into two sessions I'll be lifting in the 230 session

I have Had off all week and it's been a very refreshing week with a bunch of day trips. I didn't get a sunburn so that is a plus.

I have a pretty solid and I'm ready to put in the action.

Looking to go 650, 690, 710 in the squat, 490,515,530 for the bench and then 650 in the DL and do whatever I need on a second for a total pr(690 at the lowest to 720 at the highest depending on how my previous thirds do). My best total with a belt and neoprene sleeves is 1925. 1930 is the goal on my second DL and then one more pull for fun.

This is my 40th meet. I did my first meet in July of 2001. This makes 14 years. That's a 2.85 meet per year average. Luckily I'm 14 years in and still climbing. I fear the top of my mountain is near but luckily I'm not at it yet. PRs are still to be had and Celebration beers are still to be drank. Wish me luck.
