I've been working with clients online and in person over the last two years. It's been a great experience for both me and the people that choose to work with me, so I'm looking to expand on that. I typically keep my client list small to provide my full attention to each person as well as fully customized programming.

What you can expect from me:

  • Customized programming [offseason and/or meet preparation]
  • Video coaching and technique cues
  • Nutrition guidance (although I will be the first to tell you that Mountain Dog is my go to for all nutrition and I would highly recommend using them)
  • Maximizing your body's ability to recover through nutrition, supplementation, rest, and rehab techniques that I've learned along the way
  • Quick response times for questions and technique coaching
  • Competition day planning including attempts and nutrition

What I expect from my clients:

  • Open and honest feedback about training and recovery
  • Videos to critique
  • Effort- you don't have to be the strongest to put forth your best effort- all I ask is all you got
