This was a great night, so much fun, friendship and lots of sweat. Here is what we did tonight, part of challenge #3 and part of # 4, both tough as hell but we did it. We had a ripped bloody hand from Bethany and Tracy almost needed a bucket but we lived to tell about it today.
My team is amazing, even Ken got under some bells today, you know the saying "what are you waiting for Christmas?" Well I guess he was but whatever the reason it was good to see a 300 lb powerlifter under some bells!
This is a really cool video of parts of the training, thanks Ken for taking it so creatively!
Some of the team had commitments or are on the Injured list but still showed up for the festivities and friendship. The bonds we have formed over the past few years will last a lifetime regardless of whether everyone still does the bells. That is the amazing thing about team training.
And relief when we were done, we need to get a Dave Tate Puke bucket for our basement, for times like these. We shall call it the Outlaw puke bucket. Tracy almost needed it.
A great time was had by all, round 4 of the challenge gets posted Thursday, stay tuned and get your bells polished, it's gonna be a challenge! So, Keep Calm and Kettlebell On !
Merry Christmas Everyone, from our house to yours!
