Always touch and go with overhead anything but shoulders gave me the thumbs up!
Worked up 135 push press. 95x5x5 for working sets.

- Push UPS 5x15
- Lateral and front raises 4x20
- Machine overhead press 4x10
- Cable chest fly 4x15
- Cable rear delta cross 4x15
- pec deck both ways 4x15
