Always touch and go with overhead anything but shoulders gave me the thumbs up!

Worked up 135 push press.  95x5x5 for working sets.

  • Lateral and front raises 4x20
  • Machine overhead press 4x10
  • Cable chest fly 4x15
  • Cable rear delta cross 4x15
  • pec deck both ways 4x15
