Baby weight of 135 for 3 x 5. Strict presses and overhead presses had a huge carryover to my bench when I was switching from strongman to powerlifting. Currently I'm benching 3 times a week alternating those supplementary movements along with floor presses, spoto presses and my regular bench day. Casey is also having me bring in my grip closer to develop my triceps; and as the meet gets closer, I'll widen my grip back where it was.
