One of those days where I had to force myself to go to the gym. Glad I did because I had a pretty good training session. Overhead presses were done as planned followed by high volume accessory work.

Overhead Push Press - 125lbs 4 x 8

Strict Overhead Presses (with a pause at about eye level)

65lbs 5 x 5 - My shoulders were pretty worked up from the push presses, so just really focusing on the pause and being explosive was the main purpose (supplemental movement)

Tricep /Shoulder Accessories

Swiss bar presses - used the first two grips (closest grip) 5 reps each for 5 sets

Hanging KB extensions for 4 x 12 (slow and controlled holding for a few seconds at lockout). I like to call these "Molly Edward Extensions" -- I started doing them a few years back when she posted a video doing them. They are killer.

Push ups (close) - 5 x 10 (explosive)

Band Tricep Pushdowns x 100

Joe Defranco Pullaparts - 4 x 15

Step on a mini band (close stance) and grab band overhand. Front raise just below shoulder height and then pull apart without having it pull you down. Focuses on front and medial delts.
