Training sequence will be different this week: upper body on Tuesday and Squats/DL on Wednesday. Since we did a mock meet back to back days, we took Monday off. Luckily, the massage therapist was able to come by yesterday and adjust us. My shoulders and mid back get pretty beat up. Other than that, body feels good post weekend. We have another mock meet (running through all events at comp weight) this Friday and Saturday.
