I went with the OH press this week instead of benching because my pec had been feeling tight, and Ive had a history with pec strains. I've never been a strong overhead presser, something I'm working on bringing up.
Overhead Press (25 band pull aparts between each set)
95x10 x2 sets
135x10 x2 sets
155x5 x2 sets
185 x 3 x8 sets - I was going to do 10 sets but I have some type of nerve impingement in my left trap and it was giving me a sharp shooting pain on a couple of reps, so I stopped here.

close grip bench - bar vs mini bands doubled over 3x30
I obviously need to do more soft tissue work and address this impingement issue to keep building my shoulders and upper back up if I ever want to bench more.
