I don't usually video on pause bench day. It's such a quick training day that I'm in and out of the gym but I'll try to get better at that so there's some content on here. Easy day. Rotator cuff cleans are becoming easier on my shoulders since switching over to bands versus dumbbells. No major shoulder pain thus far.
