I finally got in with a PT to work out my shoulder issues. I have an impingement, which I assumed, but had no idea how to address it. My lat and sub scap are super tight on that side, resulting in the humeral head being pushed forward (I think). After two PT sessions it's already feeling better, but will take some time to build up stability and strength in the positions I'm used to being strong and stable in.

So bench today was better, but still felt heavy and shaky.

Other than that, all of my assistant work felt great except flys. I'm a little bitch with flys.
