*5 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today's Bench training was some floor press volume followed by max effort triples on 5" pin press. After switching medications recently my training is starting to feel better again, and my pec has been holding up well, so moving in a good direction!

Notes for Improvement: Watch elbow position, make sure to open up during press.
