Squats are coming along. Feeling more confident with the different variations of squats Casey has me doing (pause, eccentric). Still a few technical issues, and after this meet, I may play around with my form with a wider stance and low bar. Dave, Casey and Goggins agree that that with those changes my squat will go up. I tend to move forward causing the bar to roll, and widening up my stance will shorten the ROM. We'll see.
