In my mind this is the beginning of the gauntlet, today was planned to feel more on my back than I ever have before by taking my third attempt with reverse bands followed by a heavy hold

Session
Working up in sleeves felt good until around 505. I stopped my explosive drive on 555 and then on 595, I felt super slow (literally like I slowed down) halfway through the concentric portion of the lift. Once the wraps got put on I felt more confidence but my opener (640) still did not move like I wanted it to, which is fine I have 2 more times tot ake it before meet day). It was time to play when the reverse bands got thrown on, 700 shot up and 735 for 3 was by no means easy but I knew I had it. I then took 77- for a 10-second hold, I have not clue how the heavy hitters in my class squat that, it was horrible just standing there with it on my back lol.
