We are getting close, This is the last week of going "heavy" minus my openers next week. I am coming back from the fantastic weekend at the EliteFTS Business Summit 2017 where I got to listen to some great Business minds in the industry, meet new EliteFTS teammates, and catch up and train with some teammates that I have not seen in awhile.

Session

So a bit surprised at how this session turned out, it has been over a year since I have not gotten 700 in the squat and with how training has been going I was not expecting this at all. It was an odd feeling but when I hit my sticking point my muscles just checked out. I am not a grinder so when I knew I had a potential grind ahead I just called it. Once the reverse bands got put on my confidence was back and we were good to go and able to take my projected third.
