Sooooo this was one of the most humbling training sessions to date for me. I am roughly 2 weeks out from Reebok Record Breakers and working up to my opener ended up being one of the hardest squat sessions of my life. I touch on it vaguely in the video but I just do not feel like I have power behind any of my muscle contractions. I am a very conscious lifter when it comes to proprioception so I can literally feel when something is fired or not, these squats - although I was firing properly - just had no "power" behind them. I have dropped my opener by 20lbs to play it safe and chalk today up to just being worn down from the extended training cycle. Now I get to rest and recover.
