This day is more of a prep for the rest of the week. The weight today will always feel heavy from what was done the week prior and basically gives me a wake up call to what is to come.
Although this days always feels "heavy" I usually have a great Wednesday max effort session to follow.
Squat 2x2: 530
Deadlift 2x2: 555
Squat is coming along well as I am hitting depth more consistently. Bench was feeling smooth and in control as well.
