Well, I felt a little under the weather on Wednesday, I always tell my athletes you should be able to hit your openers even when sick and instead of bailing I pushed through and hit them. I am now paying the price, last night I broke into a fever and cancelled all clients today and skipped training and will be doing the same tomorrow. I think it is an upper respiratory infection. Down side, its an infection and antibiotics do not do much for those, if it was a virus then I would ned to get some ASAP. gonna let this thing run its course and hopefully it does not run me into the ground. Glad it happened early in my peak and not when I needed to go for true maxes! here is what Ill be missing
