I came into this training session with a crap attitude. I did not feel like lifting, I was dreading my last heavy day in two days, and I knew today was going to smoke me. Everything I allowed myself to think, happened. My squats were a real struggle, deadlifting was sub par as my adductor got angry while squatting so the whole session was a success in the fact that I completed it. Glad this training session is over, I have one more difficult day in front of me before I can recover.
