We are 8 days out from the meet, weight is where it needs to be and I feel destroyed from the rough training sessions earlier in the week. Everything today felt good and I wanted to keep riding that wave. So, instead of going to my opener on deadlift I decided to cut my training session even shorter than it was already planned to be and only work up to my last warm-up of 585. It moved well, i felt good so I walked away, on a high note to close out this training cycle. I have 8 days to cut weight and let my body recover, currently sitting at 187
