APF State meet December 15, 2019

Training

Nothing about training is feeling good anymore. After deads yesterday it tapped out, just setting up for bench is a chore and lets not even talk about trying to get up after a set. Let's just say speed sets were hit or miss for proper timing today. STILL trying to troubleshoot the best way to keep my butt down and it may just be to decrease the amount of leg drive I use rolling into the meet.

 

Workout

Speed Bench 10x3 (50%) 195 + 4 chains

JM Press 3x10: SKIP (pain)

Incline DB Rows 3x10: 80

Incline Tate Press 3x10: 45
