Perfect!! I just posted about my back issues. My bench has been doing great, and I've felt really strong lately. My birthday is July 11, I just turned 33. The week of my birthday I wanted to hit a bench PR. Everything had been moving great, 2 weeks prior I hit a 415 single that I could have easily hit for 3.

So, this workout I was feeling good, reps were fast. I worked up to 410 and smoked it. I loaded 435, which would be a 5 lb PR. I unracked it and somehow managed to tweak my pec in the unrack. I guess I can attribute it to getting old.....

Needless to say I wasn't that happy about it. My plan is to hit back and shoulders as hard as I can in order not to lose too much strength.
