Now that you've seen the transition for all lifts. The common factor in all is consistency and volume. Those were lacking in my training. And all things considering, I still made huge strides and accomplished a goal: 400+ deadlift, 1,019 total, and beat the pro state record for bench.
I can do so much better. Work so much harder. Imagine that. Foundation still lags but building off of this training phase I am not upset about one bit.
This month will be a bunch of yoga, conditioning, and dancing. In between all that, I'll be building up my training for 2019 and getting some feedback from Lones (Calloused Hands). He is on board with handling me for my next meet and it will be comforting to know he is enrolled with my training and know what to expect come meet day.
Training logs will have a different approach for next month. I also pick a word versus New Years resolutions. They never seemed realistic. But to describe what the year will look like, for yourself, can be influential. I found a word for 2019!
