I had an extensive session of physiotherapy, shoulder has been sore this week after my first week back to work 4 months post shoulder surgery.

Banded face pulls
Isometrics for shoulder
Planks 30 secs x 4
Pushups 10
Kettlebell Session 2 Min Sets
Swings 1 Min Alternating 1 Min Double Handed
Figure 8 Holds 1 Min Squat added 1 Min
Compounds x 5 reps 2 min set
Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Compounds x 7 reps 3 Min 30 Sec set
Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Squat Combo
30 Sec Drop Squat / 30 Sec sumo / 30 Sec Swing Squat
Swing Combo Leg In and out Circuit 2 Mins
Swing / Highpull Combo 2 Mins
Sport Set Clean & Jerk 2 Mins
Chains x 2 Mins Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat
Bent Over Rows 3 sets of 10/10
Still not able to snatch but my pressing strength is increasing every week. Progress is progress regardless of how much it is, as long as you can notice a difference. Long busy week at work, I need to find a balance in life and work now, this will be the hard part.
