I'll try to update this as I go so you can see what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.
Weeks 1-3
Sunday:
Squat SSB 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps
Sumo deadlift 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps
--trying to stay beltless and keep rest periods shorter than I normally would
Tuesday:
Floor press 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps against chains
Tricep ext assistance work and DB inclines to failure
Thursday:
Speed squats with a Duffalo bar against bands (to a box, in briefs)
Speed sumo in briefs against bands
Friday:
Speed bench
