The RPS Boardwalk Brawl (last weekend) was going to be my first crack at cutting to 220. Having to back out of that meet, I've readjusted my goals.

1. Compete at 220 in December and break the 220 world record.

-I'm walking around at 235 right now, after not squatting or deadlifting for 5 weeks and also eating whatever I wanted. I'll get back to my Mountain Dog diet in about a month.

2. Compete at 242 in March, at the Arnold, and break the 242 world record.

-It will be more of a challenge for me to get to 242+ than it will to go the other way. Challenge accepted.

3. Open a gym by the end of 2016.

-I have a few ideas of what I want to do and how I want to do it. I'll start with a business plan and talking to friends and teammates with experience in owning their own business.

4. Become a better version of myself, everyday.
