So this weekend/PLExp2 was a whirlwind-- in a great way!

I got to Columbus, OH late Friday night, unfortunately missing the first day (UGGS + the meet and greet). I quickly forgot about what I had missed when I was picked up by my welcoming party (Murph, David K, and Russ). At that point (during the drive back to the hotel), all I could really think about was hanging on to the back of the car seat as tightly as possible-- riding in a car with Murph is interesting to say the least.

Although we arrived at a the hotel, it sort of felt like coming home. It was late, but a number of my teammates were still up. A lot of them I was meeting for the first time (in person), but was greeted as though we had known each other for years. The tone was set for the weekend, it wasn't just a group of teammates-- it was really a family.

After catching up a bit with folks/ taking the opportunity to really just sit and talk with everyone-- we hit the sack to gear up for an early morning, and the long day ahead (PLExp2)....
