A couple weeks ago if you read my blog you would have saw I pulled something while deadlifting. It appeared to be tricep/lat related. I was right, the bruising is coming out now.  The pain has subsided and I had a treatment from Dr. Ken. ROM is better and I am back to training.

I listen to my body, regardless of how hard people think we push our bodies.

I decided to call it here and give my arm a bit more rest. Still having a bit of pain in my pec which I don't know if it's related but it hurts regardless.
