After shoveling and climbing snowy hills all weekend I am glad this week is a deload week.
The weekend was just too much fun and work alike. I wanted to do something though so i went in and did this.

Done.
Just enough to stay moving and ready for next week. I start squatting next week. I have given myself 12 weeks of squat free workouts to let my elbows, thighs, and hips a rest. I am exciting to get the bar on my back.
