More posterior work tonight.  Ht the RDLS heavy and finally added in some more work to round out this workout. Still not what it will be but getting closer.  My quad is feeling better with the rest but I still haven't started any rehab or art work. I hope I get rolling with this in December.

Romanian deadlift.  First rep is a stiff leg off 4 inch blocks followed by 3 RDLs.
